Empowering the Entrepreneurial Dream

What is the BAI Assessment?

This assessment has been customized to the franchise community. This is NOT a new assessment! Taylor Protocols has been using this assessment for over 25 years with over 700 companies. How it relates to franchising is "new" but the reliability and results of the assessment remain the highest compared to any other human profiling instrument.

What is the "CVI": Core Index Value?

The Core Values Index (CVI) characterizes and quantifies what Abraham Maslow called the unchanging, innate nature of a person that inscribes where a person can make their highest and most productive contribution to the world. The CVI has a remarkably high 97% test/re-test reliability, measuring innate preference and not ability or adaptability, going beneath personality and behavioral layers in just 10 minutes!

What is a "TPP": Top Performer Profile?

BAI Assessment combines CVI data, performance measurements, current and past personnel along with a job description process that outlines, primary contribution, responsibilities and tasks of the job to create a Top Performer Profile (TPP for any given position). This Profile will clearly define the Core Values required to perform the role at the highest level and prescribe the process for putting every person in the right seat, doing the right work for greater productivity and profit. Helping to make sure we are taking the guess work out of what types of franchises are the right match for you.
